Elettroniche Attive/Passive per pick up Magnetici, Piezoelettrici e configurazioni ibride piezo-magnetico, la filosofia progettuale, come evidenziato in seguito, è rivolta a preservare la pasta timbrica originale dello strumento

Attivo
La circuiteria interna è stata studiata per rendere l'elettronica il più neutra possibile al suono naturale dello strumento data in primo luogo dai pick up e dai legni, la parte attiva sagoma la risposta in frequenza in base al sound ricercato, ma sempre nei limiti di trasparenza timbrica, grazie ad un equalizzatore equilibrato ed un gain settato in modo ottimale. La circuiteria attiva permette inoltre di preamplificare il segnale direttamente alla sorgente e di portarlo in uscita con bassa impedenza evitando perdite lungo i cavi, filtraggi prematuri e aumentando il rapporto segnale/disturbo, il tutto in modo silenzioso e pulito. Le elettroniche per pick up piezoelettrici presentano circuiti ad alta impedenza di ingresso per prelevare correttamente il segnale ed una estensione sui toni alti proprio per esaltare la brillantezza propria del piezo

Passivo
Sebbene i vantaggi di una buona elettronica attiva siano indiscussi spesso viene chiesta l'opzione attivo/passivo per mantenere una certa compatibilità con lo strumento originale o perchè è lo stesso musicista che ha la necessità di switchare tra le due modalità

Componentistica
Le elettroniche sono già cablate e costruite con componentistica di alta qualità, amplificatori operazionali a basso rumore e basso consumo, stadi di ingresso discreti a FET, potenziometri customizzati, adatte per essere montati su corpo o su control plate

Test
Tutti i circuiti prima di essere consegnati vengono testati con la strumentazione da banco con dei task remotizzati e automatizzati per il controllo del consumo, risposta in frequenza, distorsione armonica, rumore di fondo ecc ed inoltre vengono testati sul campo con un segnale audio, vengono fornite di foglio specifiche ed istruzioni di cablatura

Note
Tutte le elettroniche lavorano con alimentazione di 9V o 18V e vengono resinate in involucri con dimensioni 40x30x13mm per la versione standard e dimensioni 30x20x15mm per la versione miniaturizzata

Tipologia
Salvo modelli di serie mostrati di seguito, l'elettronica può essere commissionata in base ai controlli e alle modalit esposte nella sottostante tabella scegliendo un eventuale switching per i pick up, la combinazione dei volumi fino ad arrivare all'equalizzatore e alle varie opzioni, per tipologie fuori dagli standard è possibile richiedere circuitazioni customizzate nei limiti del possibile e della praticità

Rechargeable System
Preamp circuitry is powered via a single AAA/14400 lithium ions 3.7 V 1000mAh battery combined with an internal boost circuit to rise total power supply allowing a good dynamic audio response, battery is charged from 5V USB outlet via the supplied adapter jack, a status/recharge bicolor led is also provided to indicate low bat or in charge condition

Aux input
Aux input 3.5mm stereo jack is only avaiable in place of mid freq select switch so user can't have both, a stereo signal from an esternal mp3 reader, mixing console, soundcard etc with line level is mixed with pickup signal and processed to output, this can be useful to play along music

Headphone output jack
Headphone output 3.5mm stereo jack is only avaiable in place of slap switch so user can't have both, with no jack plugged in internal power amplifier is in ultra low power mode, it softly wake up with no bump as soon as the male jack is inserted and is capable to deliver up to 100 mW low distortion full bass dynamic signal to a typical 2x 32 Ohm earphone
